《并蒂莲》连环画报连载

发表在《连环画报》1982年11月刊12月刊，分上下两部分的《并蒂莲》距今已过去44年，真是匆匆啊！
这组连环画钢笔作品线条严谨细腻，充分体现了扎实的写实造型功底。画面以细密而富有节奏的线条构成，通过明暗排线与层次变化，使空间关系与光影效果表现得十分生动。人物刻画尤为出色，无论是面部神态还是身体姿态，都刻画得自然准确，具有鲜明的时代气息与人物个性。
在有限的画幅中，作者能够通过精准的构图与细致的细节描绘，展现出丰富的叙事场景，使画面既具文学叙事性，又具有较强的视觉表现力。这种扎实的线描能力与人物塑造能力，体现出作者深厚的连环画创作基础与熟的艺术功力。

Published in the November and December 1982 issues of Lianhuanhua Bao (Comic Strip Magazine), the two-part series “Bingdi Lian” has now been around for 44 years—how quickly time has passed!

This group of pen-and-ink comic illustrations features precise and delicate linework, demonstrating a solid foundation in realistic drawing. The images are constructed with dense yet rhythmic lines, and through variations in cross-hatching and tonal layering, the artist vividly conveys spatial depth and lighting effects. The depiction of characters is particularly impressive: both facial expressions and body language are rendered naturally and accurately, giving each figure a distinct personality and a strong sense of the era.

Within the limited frame of each panel, the artist skillfully employs careful composition and detailed rendering to present rich narrative scenes. As a result, the work possesses both strong literary storytelling qualities and compelling visual expressiveness. 故事讲述文物商店售货员金莲在工作中接触到大量国外书刊，对外面的世界产生了向往。通过亲戚介绍，她结识了华侨青年徐天华。两人开始频繁通信，感情迅速升温。但在谈到未来时，两人的想法却产生分歧：徐天华希望回国定居，而金莲则向往到国外生活。

不久，徐天华家中突然破产，处境变得艰难。得知这一消息后，金莲对他的态度逐渐转冷，不再像以前那样期待他的来信，甚至把他的信件当作废纸处理。妹妹玉莲偶然发现了这些信，从中读到了徐天华真挚而痛苦的心声。出于同情，她悄悄模仿姐姐的笔迹，替金莲给徐天华写信，希望安慰远方的他。

然而，这封“代笔”的回信，却在不知不觉中改变了几个人的命运，也使原本简单的爱情故事逐渐走向复杂而曲折的发展。

The story follows Jin Lian, a saleswoman working in an antique shop, who comes into contact with many foreign books and magazines through her job. These publications awaken in her a longing for the outside world. Through a relative’s introduction, she meets Xu Tianhua, a young overseas Chinese man. The two begin corresponding frequently, and their relationship quickly grows closer. However, when they start discussing their future, their views differ: Xu Tianhua hopes to return to China and settle down, while Jin Lian dreams of going abroad to experience life overseas.

Soon afterward, Xu Tianhua’s family suddenly goes bankrupt, leaving him in a difficult situation. After learning this news, Jin Lian gradually becomes cold toward him. She no longer looks forward to his letters and even treats them like discarded paper. Jin Lian’s younger sister, Yu Lian, accidentally discovers the letters and reads Xu Tianhua’s sincere and painful words. Moved by sympathy, she secretly imitates her sister’s handwriting and writes back to Xu Tianhua in Jin Lian’s name, hoping to comfort him from afar.

However, this “ghostwritten” reply quietly begins to change the fate of several people, and what once seemed to be a simple love story gradually turns into a more complex and twisting tale.
